In June 2015, SE-AN  Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was awarded the IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) Revision 02 certification, for the scope of manufacture of bogie frames, a globally recognized certification that qualifies component manufacturers to work with railway equipment manufacturers.

We are pleased to be one of the few IRIS certified manufacturers in Korea. Being awarded this certification is a source of pride and serves as a tribute to the dedicated team in our manufacturing facility. This certification complements our ISO 9001 /14001 and EN-15085-2 with the rail specific requirements and will foster us to develop business internationally.

Established in 2005 by the Association of the European Railway Industries (UNIFE), IRIS was created to develop and implement a global system with uniform language, uniform assessment guidelines, and mutual acceptance of audits for the evaluation of companies supplying to the railway industry in order to create a high level of transparency throughout the supply chain.
